The App explicitly collects extensive amounts of personal data as it relates to your personal wildlife observations. This data is used by both yourself, the global user community and the app to generate and create useful analytical tools for yourself and the app user community. However, your personal information is kept private and is not identifiable so that other app users could see your specific data, especially as it relates to your location data. We may use your data in general business practices to help form marketing strategies and continue app refinement over time. We may also have to comply with various legal requests to disclose data.
